SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. Item purchased will be shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted).
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
INTERNATIONAL
Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Oggetti Shop is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis if the condition of the item was not adequatly presented.
To request a return please send an email to infooggettishop@gmail.com with the following information:
A. Your order number
B. The reason for your return or store credit request
C. If the reason for the return is due to damage upon arrival please include: pictures of the box the item arrived in, how it was packaged and the product.
